What Cheap Canned Meats And Fish Have The Longest Shelf Life…

From boneless cooked ham, to spam and sardines its critical to get canned meat and fish into your supply.   As a good source of protein these will be what keeps you going even years after an economic collapse.  Keep them stored, rotate them if you are worried about expiration dates, but consciously keep buying these cans that are an excellent source of protein.

Also cans are a ton cheaper than MREs and if you are a prepper you are probably on a budget.  It doesnt matter how much money you dont have, these cans can be bought over time as you can afford them, stored away and their shelf life is long.
